Heidi Montag is pregnant with her and Spencer Pratt’s second baby.
“I couldn’t be more excited,” the expectant “The Hills” alum, 35, told Us Weekly Wednesday.
“I don’t know who I’m the most excited for — myself or Gunner or Spencer,” she continued, referencing the couple’s 4-year-old son, Gunner.
“I just felt like something was missing. I felt like a person was missing in our family that I had this intense love for. And I kept praying about it.”
The MTV personalities became parents in October 2017 and initially struggled to conceive a sibling for Gunner.
Montag even had surgery in August 2021 to better her chances of becoming pregnant.
The “Superficial” singer documented her hysteroscopic polypectomy procedure via YouTube at the time, telling her subscribers that she hoped to conceive “right away.”

“I can have intercourse in two days and I’m ovulating, so hopefully, this is the time,” she said during the livestream. “I have no cramping and the anesthesia felt great.”
Six months later, Montag filmed herself eating raw liver. She went on to snack on bison heart in March.

“I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half. I’m willing to try different things,” she told People at the time of the “great source of nutrients.”
“I have felt incredible on this diet. A lot more energy, clarity, increased libido and overall improvement on chronic pain I have had.”
Montag previously shut down pregnancy rumors in February 2021 after being photographed in a bikini.
“No I am not pregnant yet. Just a little overweight,” she tweeted at the time. “Wow disgusting people saying I need to lose weight … bye. Get lost troll. So sick of negativity. I feel good about myself.”
Now that she is expecting, Montag admitted Wednesday that she does experience “some nerves” over baby No. 2’s arrival.
“It’s going to be a big adjustment for all of us,” she explained to the magazine. “I have a toddler to wake up with, take care of and I’m going to have the baby. So it’s going to be a big juggling act.”
