Christina Haack hit back at ex-husband Ant Anstead in new legal documents in which she blasts his “false allegations” about her quality as a mother to their son, Hudson.
The filing, obtained by Page Six, objects to Anstead’s request for sole custody and includes a letter from the “shocked” HGTV star herself in which she provides evidence she says supports her claims that Anstead has lied.
“I will not speculate as to his true motivations, but Hudson’s best interest is not what is motivating his application to the Court,” her statement begins.
Haack, 38, claims the “Celebrity IOU” host, 43, “declined” her offers of private mediation and private judging and instead believes he simply wants to “tarnish my good name with his false allegations,” the documents read.
She also blasts Anstead’s claim about 2-year-old Hudson’s pre-schooling and supplies text messages purportedly sent by the British TV host readily approving of her decisions. Haack then goes after Anstead’s claim that he “never used” Hudson as a “promotional tool” by including his People magazine cover on which the toddler appeared.
Notably, Haack does not deny Anstead’s claims of her “illegal drug use on July 08, 2021,” but she does add that he failed to mention he left for the UK “shortly thereafter, leaving Hudson in my care for 10 days,” the documents state.

The “Christina on the Coast” star continuously asserts that Anstead is solely trying to “create a false narrative and smear my good name” and is using their son to do so. She further claims that Anstead has begun to “harass” those closest to her, including her nanny and publicist.
Regarding custody, the “Flip or Flop” star says she has Hudson “at the same time” as her two other kids, 11-year-old daughter Taylor and 6-year-old son Brayden, whom she shares with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.
“[Anstead] states he wants me to have a ‘step-up plan’ that would eventually match what I have with my other children,” she states in the documents. “He omits the fact that per the terms of our judgment, I already have a matching schedule for all three children.”

A rep for Anstead didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
As Page Six previously reported, Anstead was denied full custody of Hudson just hours after he submitted the emergency petition. The exes have a hearing set for June 28.
Haack’s new husband, Joshua Hall, took to Instagram Friday to voice his support for the home-improvement star amid the drama with Anstead.

“I am not these kids biological father, they have those. What I will be is the best example of a quality human being, always show them how to treat their mother with respect and support them in any way I can during their development,” he wrote alongside a family photo.
“I will always protect her, keep her safe and no one will hurt her with me in the picture. She doesn’t bother anyone, she deserves the same in return. I will ensure that’s the case.”
Haack was married to El Moussa, 40, from 2009 to 2018 and Anstead from 2018 to 2021. She secretly wed Hall earlier this year.
