Hasbro’s Dan Yun has confirmed that the pre-order for the upcoming Target Exclusive Marvel Legends Jean Grey (X-Factor) Figure will be taking place Thursday March 20th. Still no time, but when those details become available we will be sure to let you know. As previously reported, they will not be adding the yellow to the boots like she had in the comics.

I’m really interested to find out which version of the Ultra Articulated female model they used for this figure because there are obviously 2 versions of it. The one used for the Warbird figure was much smaller than the one used for Phoenix which was odd because Carol Danvers is supposed to be a much taller and much larger woman than Jean Grey. For consistency’s sake I would hope they used the same one they used for the Phoenix Scam Pack, I mean the Phoenix 2 pack so they would at least scale properly together. But with Hasbro’s track record I wouldn’t put it past them to use the other model just to McFarlane us. I do hope some reviewer is able to get ahold of this figure ahead of time while there is still time to cancel if we want to. Assuming you’re able to land a pre-order.

I’m gonna say this until they do it, but we NEED Spider-Women on this body. Can we please please please get a new Spider-Gwen at the very least?

Not sure what it is about this figure but the more I look at it, the more I appreciate its quality. Not really dying to have this particular version of Jean Grey in my collection, but I might pick it up anyway.

It’s funny that the boots issue doesn’t bother me on this one after I was so vocal about the gloves and boots of Quicksilver. Probably cause I was just reading those Masterworks with GM in them anticipating the Haslabs arrival. I really like this look for Jean though, especially that full mask with the hair back alt head.

I want this figure , but i refuse to pay full price for these whoopies figs. IF I find her on a deal or some type of sale I’ll pull the trigger.

Despite the fact that Jean really should have had her boots, are we actually surprised that Hasbrazos did something like that at this point? they love woopsies, But I mean I still will take the figure it looks very good, minus the issue to boot , but like honestly if they have plans on painting the boots at some point ahead….that might be actually a diabolical move.

It’s made worse that the actual packaging art has the boots
