We will have to continue waiting for news of this long-awaited sequel to God of War.
According to journalist Jason Schreier, today, June 30, was the date chosen by PlayStation to share God of War Ragnarok news, but for some unknown reason there has been a change of plans. The journalist pointed out that, as far as he knows, the game has not received any new lagsimply the team would need more time to do what they have to do in the face of this announcement.
On God of War Ragnarok rumours: as of very recently, there was indeed a release date planned announcement for Thursday, June 30, per people familiar. Recent tweets from Cory Barlog suggest that it is no longer happening. Still, as far as I know the game has not been delayed again.

God of War Ragnarok has not been delayed
God of War Ragnarok is the end of Kratos’ viking saga
Along the same lines is Cory Barlog himself, director of the first installment and supervisor of this sequel, who took some time yesterday to write a reassuring message on his Twitter account and respond to some fans. “If it were up to me I would share all the information when I know it. but it’s not up to me, says Barlog. “So please be patient. I promise things will be shared as soon as possible. We make games for you, we can make games because of you.”
