We are close, very close to seeing Final Fantasy XVI again two years after its presentation. The Square Enix flagship franchise faces its final stretch, as producer Naoki Yoshida confessed last week. Now, the person in charge has revealed new details to us.
During the presentation of the event that will unite NieR Re[in]carnation with Final Fantasy XIV, Yoshida chatted with Yosuke Saito, producer of the saga nier. One of the last pieces of information we knew was that some sort of announcement would come in the spring of this year, which we’re looking at.
Yoshida has assured that it will be “soon” when we finally see the trailer for final fantasy xviwhich “is already complete, but was delayed for various reasons“. We don’t know an exact date, but it certainly can’t take much longer. On the other hand, Yoshida has reiterated that the Square Enix team is in the final stages of work:
That said, the development team has put in a lot of effort. As of this point, we’re playing it fervently, polishing it, debugging it and optimizing it thoroughly, so I think we’ll take a little more time.”
final fantasy xvi It is scheduled to launch on consoles for PS5. Its arrival for PC is also scheduled, but in both cases we do not have a day for its release.
