Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link will be tested later this year.
Kingdom Hearts wanted to celebrate its 20th anniversary in style. In a full-length video, Square Enix has announced that the final chapter of Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road will be released in August 2022 as a free update to Kingdom Hearts Union χ to put an end to the mobile game. However, the saga will continue to offer adventures on mobile devices after announcing Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link.
The title is a completely new game for iOS and Android devices that will allow players to embark on adventures from the kingdom of Scala ad Caelum to the real world. Players will be able to engage in exciting battles against the Heartless while discovering a new and original story.
The game, which aims to be a continuation of what was seen in Kingdom Hearts Union χ, has shown a map of Scala ad Caelum that players can explore by roaming its streets and parkouring over its buildings. When approaching the enemies, a series of combats will begin in which we will take advantage of a kind of figures. In addition to original worlds, you can explore the kingdom of crown from Tangled and monstropolis of Monsters SA, since the title aims to rescue materials from Kingdom Hearts 3.

However, no further details have been provided on how the game will work, whose release date is unknown. Fortunately, a closed beta test will be held later this year. Despite the fact that the Kingdom Hearts mobile games have not conquered the players, it seems that Square Enix is going to try its luck with this new game formula, which at first glance does seem more attractive.
Do you think Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link will be successful?
