If you just want Warpath, I am almost certainly you will able to get him off eBay for like $15 about a month after the pack releases.

I love these two packs that feature one character that almost no one wants. Warpath can sit in a pile with my Thunderbird, Brood Wolverine, etc. while I pay $60 for X-23.

So, I can stick with the too-tall Kingpin I currently have that stands a little under 8″ tall or I can get this new too-tall Kingpin based on the Mr. Fixit body that would put him a little over 8″ tall. Face looks pretty good, but no thank you.

Looking at Warpath more closely I can see it’s NOT on the Omega red mold but the new Retro Venom mold. at least the torso is.

Yes and no. You see just like Carter Slade was rechristened Spirit Rider once Johnny Blaze was created so too was this alternate version of Spider-man was changed from Ghost Spider to Spirit Spider once Gwen took the name.

Ehhh…for a split second I thought that Venom was from the Marvel vs Capcom line. Yeah, not surprised they didn’t show much, given how soon Toyfair is. I’m not interested in Gameverse stuff, but that Kingpin looks sublime! Dang, I’m tempted to get it if only to do a headswap on the classic version.

Man what a total dump. Whoever thought an entire Gamerverse wave with 5 Spider-men and one Black Cat that doesn’t even really look that cool should be blasted into space. I do like that Kingpin and I’m still not a huge fan of this version of X-Force I do like that X-23. I was really hoping for more but pretty happy I’ll be getting out of this one pretty cheap. I’ll just side step that Gamerverse wave altogether.
