Hello chicks!!! The next thing I tell you is a little unusual. While I was analyzing this eclipse, this expression of “crossing great rivers” from the I Ching came to mind – you know it’s a classic book from ancient China, where we find different hexagrams or oracles.
The expression of rivers appears in hexagram 5 (The Wait) which says: “If you are genuine and perseverant, you will be lucky. It is advantageous to cross great rivers.”
I know that with the I Ching the translation from Chinese to English then to Spanish changes the text a lot, but I understand that this “crossing of the great rivers” refers to the incursion into the territory located at the beyond, on the other side. In *the other* territory. And this eclipse in Libra knows a lot about that!
Interestingly, in the next hexagram, The Conflict, “it is no longer conducive to crossing great rivers.” So… there are times when it is still possible to discuss, to negotiate, to seek common ground. And times when it’s too late. Let’s not lose the opportunity to understand each other! 😊

On October 2, the Moon, Sun, Lilith, and Mercury align with the South Node, creating the last of three eclipses we’ve had in Libra since October 2023. Which house in your birth chart does October 10 fall in? Book? Do you have planets or cusps in the first half of the cardinal signs ♈️♋️♎️♑️?
If you remember a particularly sensitive or defining event for you around October 14, 2023 or March 25, 2024, this latest eclipse could serve as the final touch, or final step in this three-chapter story.
The full story of what the South Node has come to offer during this year and a half period in Libra (July 17, 2023 – January 12, 2025) is already revealed.
⚖️🕊️✌️💐🩷💍👗👠🎨🌈🤝🛍️
This solar eclipse is annular, meaning the Moon will come between the Sun and Earth, hiding it entirely. However, because the Moon is at its apogee (in conjunction with Lilith, farthest from Earth), its apparent size will be smaller than usual and will leave a ring of sunlight visible.
It will be visible in the South Pacific, Chile, Argentina and the South Atlantic. Its development is surprisingly long, almost four hours. However, the moment of maximum darkness will be reached at 18:44 UTC and will last just over 7 minutes.
In addition, this astronomical event will coincide with the visit of a comet (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) which was unknown until 2023 and which, in October 2024, will reach its maximum proximity to the Sun, being visible to the naked eye at sunrise of the sun. ☄️
**Translated into the tropical zodiac, the comet would activate the initial Virgo zone.
It is said that the first image of Earth seen from space gave us a better understanding of everything that unites humanity. 🌍🌎🌏
From this somewhat poetic perspective, I see the comet as an exclamation point on a shared destiny. For example: how to deal with the problems that Libra represents? What if we got along well?
Mars in Cancer squares the eclipse, so there is now a tendency for conflict and division to arise as we abandon old inertia and break down precarious balances that satisfied no one. There may be anger, irritation, indignation, reactivity, confrontation. Let’s go further.
Let us observe our place in the complex fabric of the common: our contribution to this world which revolves under the same sky. How we conceive reality with all its rules of the game. It is the concept from which we build bridges, shake hands, receive visitors or take a look. 🕊️
Happy eclipse, a big hug! 🌞
